Proposed Conflict of Interest Rule

The Friday, November 13, 2009 Federal Register includes a proposed rule change that would require contractors to take responsibility for vetting employees and subcontractors for conflicts of interest. This would be accomplished by annually collecting and reviewing financial disclosure forms from covered employees assigned to contracts that would be closely associated with "government work". particular types of federal contracts.
